I am a teacher (Science, Mathematics). I am 42 years old, with about 10 years of experience. I am interested in a job in the USA, Canada, France, Australia, or in any other developed English-speaking country. Please advise how, whom and where to contact. I have come to know about vacancies for Science and Mathematics teachers in the USA. Please advise where and whom to apply in detail. I want to pursue my MS in Education in the USA. Please send a list of accredited universities and scholarships/financial help available. Thanks!

We received your inquiry in 3 different emails, all arrived in quick succession. And, you refused to include your name in every one of your emails. Well, that is your choice, and we respect it. We would urge you and others to pause for a moment - think about your questions, articulate your thoughts and take the time to write - before hitting the "send" button on your email. We would really appreciate it if you and others spent at least a fraction of the time writing your questions that you expect us in formulating our replies. Perhaps, you sent separate emails because you wanted us to address seemingly disparate questions. However, putting them all in one inquiry gives us a better idea of your situation, your issues and your interests. With more complete information, we are better positioned to address your key issue(s).
After patching together bits from all your emails, we understand that you wish to do pretty much anything - or at least a teaching job or further education - anywhere but India.
All countries restrict the flow of foreign workers to protect employment for their own citizens and legal residents. When the demand for certain expertise far exceeds the local supply, various countries allow a restricted inflow - read quota - of temporary foreign workers under strict requirements and supervision. We have no doubt that there are vacancies for teachers in the US. In fact, we have no doubt that there are vacancies for teachers in every country of the world. That is irrelevant. A country like the US - with over $7 trillion annual GDP and over 270 million people - has and always will have a large number of vacancies, not just for teachers but for all other professionals as well. We are confident that the situation is no different in India. With about half a trillion dollar annual GDP and nearly one billion people, India is bound to have a large number of vacancies, at any given time, not only in teaching but in all other professions as well. The relevant question for you is: Is the shortage of teachers severe enough that a country, other than India, must import foreign teachers to meet the needs of its people?
We have not heard of any clamoring by developed, English-speaking countries for importing teachers from other counties. We are not aware of any real shortage of teachers in the US, though the media likes to talk about it. Thus, we can not advice you on who, how and where to contact appropriate people. Since you say that you have information on the vacancies for teachers in the US, we would advise you to pursue those opportunities. By the way, France is not an English-speaking country.
As you may know, college education in the US is very expensive. The annual costs range from $15,000 to $45,000. Although international students are eligible for some forms of financial assistance for graduate (Master's and PhD) studies, the competition is fierce. Financial assistance is more readily available in technical fields - such as, engineering and computer science - than other areas of education. Your prospective school is the primary, if not the only source, of financial assistance.
The admission criteria for an MS in education in the US include: academic record, the GRE (Graduate Record Exam, standardized entrance exam), letters of recommendation, statement of purpose, and so on. Requirements vary across colleges; you would be well advised to research target colleges to obtain specific details. Websites of colleges offer all necessary information, including the application forms.
