dear, I want to take admission in foreign university which has not required tofel because I have not tofel but i am master in economics and have enough knowledge of english required in any foreign country for higher study. please favourable reply me as soon as possible. thanks

As an international student, you would be required to take the TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language, a standardized entrance exam) to demonstrate your abilities in the English language. You would likely be required to take the GRE (Graduate Record Exam, a standardized entrance exam).
