Interviewing, from either side of the table, is an art. But good practices can be learned. The best way to become good at it is to do it often. The next best way is to learn from the failures and successes of others. Here we offer two versions of being interviewed: Bad Bart and Good Greg. One is a dismal failure; the other is a resounding success. Both offer lessons about interviewing.
Bad Bart - This guy does absolutely everything wrong. We don't know why he even interviews if this is how he is going to behave. Don't do what this guy does.
Good Greg - Here is a candidate who is prepared and professional. Every interviewer wishes things were always this easy. Greg's only problem will be deciding which job offer to accept.
